How to Buy at a WorldNet Auction

There are three steps to complete before you can attend a WordlNet auction.

  1. Get a bidder number and password
  2. Sign up for the auction you want to attend
  3. Fax a bank letter of guarantee for the auction

1. Get a Bidder Number and Password - First Time Users Only

- Go to www.proxibid.com or www.equipmentfacts.com or https://bidfacts.com

- Click on "Buying" on the top of the page and click "Join Today". You can create your own FREE account HERE
. Complete the online form.

2. Sign up for the Auction

Once you have your bidder number and password you must activate them for the auction you would like to attend
- Go to www.proxibid.com or www.equipmentfacts.com or https://bidfacts.com/
- Click on the auction you want to attend.
- Click on "Log In". Enter your bidder number and password

3. Bank Letter of Guarantee

Auctioneers require a Bank Letter of Guarantee in order for you to be approved to bid at their auction - this is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions that you have accepted. The Bank Letter must be faxed to 843-426-4255. If you are unable to obtain a Bank Letter, contact WorldNet Auctions for any special consideration. Below is a Sample Bank Letter.

"Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at a WorldNet Auction on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter." Once this letter is received and verified, an e-mail is sent to you confirming you have been approved to bid!
